About Lipe Art Park:
Lipe Art Park is an intriguing blend of public art projects, outdoor venue, and recreational space, sprawling across approximately 2 acres in the city’s Near West Side Arts District. Established on June 1, 2007, the park’s goal was to transform an urban vacant lot into a vibrant space for community engagement and creative expression. Over the years, it has hosted seasonal exhibitions and temporary installations. In 2025, Lipe was acquired by the Syracuse Parks Department making this the only official art park in Syracuse.
